Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, you could get a grant to cover part of the cost of replacing fossil fuel heating systems with a heat pump or biomass boiler.
Fossil fuel heating systems include oil, gas or electric.

The Smart Export Guarantee pays households for the excess renewable electricity they generate but do not use. Our Solar PV will qualify under this scheme.
The larger energy companies will pay you for the excess electricity you have generated, rather than letting this go to waste. The surplus energy you have produced will go to the grid and you receive payments for the energy ‘sold’.
